Joao Caldas


    Joao joins the coaching team here at Vogue Fitness from Brazil. Having had a very active lifestyle since childhood, he started playing team sports (football, basketball, american football, volleyball) and then joined CrossFit in 2014.

    After years practicing CrossFit, he decided to incorporate more endurance focused exercises, while maintaining strength training. That's when he started to run ultramarathons and train for medium/long distance triathlons.

    His goal as a coach is to guide the Vogue Fitness members in the art of building strength and endurance simultaneously. You don’t have to pick only one!
